The Mississippi Board of Animal Health (MBAH) has granted the Stone County SPCA $3,000 to spay and neuter community pets!

Due to high demand and limited supply this spay/neuter voucher program is limited to residents currently receiving government assistance. If you don’t meet this requirement, have no fear. We are including a list of discount spay/neuter clinics that are available to the public:
